Victoria Izquierdo is a real-estate development executive and Project Director with nearly 15 years of international experience delivering luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and mixed-use assets across North America, LATAM, and Europe. At RLD by BK Partners (Canada & Mexico), she leads the development lifecycle for multi-stakeholder portfolios—including One&Only branded villas (~$40M USD, ~8,000 m²) and assets within Xala, a 1,600-hectare regenerative coastal community. Reporting to the CEO, she steers strategy, feasibility, design direction, budgeting, procurement, contract negotiation, and construction, acting as Owner’s Rep and building data-backed reporting systems that keep leadership aligned and risk controlled. Her teams have consistently achieved 90%+ on-time milestones, cost reductions up to 20%, and timeline compression of ~30% via scope consolidation, agile planning, and rigorous vendor selection.
Previously, Victoria managed multifamily and commercial projects at VPAC Construction Group (Canada), delivering budget savings (~15%) and schedule gains through modular integration and proactive issue resolution. As Development Manager at Integ ro (AICSA) in Guatemala, she directed a 70,000 m² portfolio, accelerated approvals by 40%, and unlocked stalled projects by cultivating strong relationships with municipal authorities. Earlier, at Terrum Desarrollos, she led master planning and execution for residential and commercial programs up to 80,000 m², securing funding for $110M USD in flagship projects.
Victoria holds a Master’s in Architecture (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), is a LEED Green Associate, and works fluently in Spanish and English (with French). Her hallmark is turning complex, remote developments into clear, measurable execution that protects capital, compresses timelines, and enhances long-term asset value.

Jaime Castillo is a real-estate development executive and Owner’s Representative with 16 years leading complex, high-value projects for UHNWI clients and investment groups in Mexico, Central America, and Canada. As Project Director & Committee Director at Xala, he oversees the entire development lifecycle for luxury residential and hospitality assets—visioning, feasibility, design management, budgeting, procurement, contract strategy, and construction—across remote, coastal, and protected environments. His focus is disciplined execution: consolidating scopes, renegotiating vendor terms, and scaling distributed teams to reduce overhead and on-site supervision while accelerating milestones.
Before Xala, Jaime worked on notable Canadian developments—including Westbank’s Broadway & Commercial multi-tower project and UBC Gateway—ensuring alignment between design intent, constructability, and cost control. Earlier, as an Architecture Project Manager in Central America, he delivered planning and feasibility studies for 30+ projects and managed mixed-use and residential programs exceeding 100,000 m², implementing integrated BIM/REVIT workflows that reduced rework and design iterations.
He holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture from Universidad Europea de Madrid and an Industrial Design degree from IED Madrid; he is COAM-registered, bilingual (English/Spanish), and proficient in digital delivery and controls (Procore, MS Project, advanced Excel).
